Brett is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Senneca Holdings. He has responsibility for leading our Operations teams, which includes Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing for our fourteen manufacturing facilities. In this role, Brett champions the Continuous Improvement philosophy throughout Senneca Holdings.
With over 30 years of Operational Leadership experience, Brett has been trained in the Toyota Production System during his 15 years as a tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry. Brett also has additional global experience working at Nike for 18 years as the GM of Nike Air Manufacturing in Beaverton, Oregon. There he was involved in the Air Cushioning Device, Research, Development and Manufacturing of millions of pairs of Air Cushioning Devices per month. Before joining Senneca Holdings, Brett served as VP of Operations at Champion Windows, a vertically integrated retailer, manufacturer and installer of various home exterior products.
Brett earned BS Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Wittenberg University.
