UMR publishes Machine-readable Files on Behalf of Senneca Holdings.
In compliance with the Transparency in Coverage rule, issued in 2020 by US Departments of Health, Human Services, Labor and Treasury our health plan’s machine-readable files (MRFs) can be accessed via:

Once on the UHC website you can access Chase Industries specific data by selecting Ctrl-F on your keyboard, this will give you a search bar, then type in the Chase-Industries employer name and the associated MRFs will appear
