Chase Doors Celebrates 90 Year Anniversary with Launch of National Traffic Door Day on September 28^th.

CINCINNATI, Ohio, September 20, 2022 – Chase Industries, Inc., founded by Chase Blum in 1932, began its operation as an insulated walk-in cooler and specialty refrigeration equipment manufacturer. To celebrate this milestone, the National Archives has officially designated September 28th as National Traffic Door Day. This day will celebrate Chase and Eliason traffic doors and the businesses that use them to keep customers and employees safe.

Senneca Holdings Announces Strategic Acquisition of Hercules from Kingspan

October, 1st 2018

CINCINNATI, Ohio –Senneca Holdings (“Senneca”) announced today the purchase of Hercules, a leading manufacturer of high quality, custom, controlled environment doors.  Hercules is focused primarily on blast freezer, freezer, cooler, dock, ripening room, automotive test cell, processing, research, and distribution facility applications.  Kingspan will continue to provide Hercules doors as an integral part of their offering, allowing Hercules customers to receive the same great customer service they have come to know.

CINCINNATI, Ohio – Senneca Holdings (“Senneca”) announced today that Karl Adrian has joined as Chief Operating Officer.  Adrian, a seasoned door industry executive, previously was Vice President and General Manager with Assa Abloy leading Graham Manufacturing, Maiman Company, and Frameworks.  Prior to that role, Adrian was Senior Vice President of Marshfield Door Systems and President of Overhead Door Access System Division.

SENNECA ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF TMI INTERNATIONAL LLC.

May, 1st 2017 – Senneca Holdings (“Senneca”) announced it has acquired TMI International, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with manufacturing facilities in Pittsburgh; Norcross, GA; Fontana, CA; and Cuyahoga Falls, OH. TMI is the leading manufacturer of PVC material, modular cleanrooms, and food service solutions and goes to market under three distinctive brands; TMI, Curtron and Simplex Isolation Systems.

SENNECA ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF ENERSHIELD AIR BARRIERS

July, 25th 2016 – Senneca Holdings (“Senneca”) announced it has acquired Enershield Air Barriers. Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Enershield engineers, manufactures and sells air barrier equipment that uniquely controls the flow of air between the building and outside to minimize energy loss and to create a barrier for insect and dust control. These products are widely used in retail, restaurant, commercial, and industrial applications and will continue to be manufactured in Canada.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Senneca is a specialty custom door manufacturer providing solutions to the retail, restaurant, supermarket, pharmaceutical, food processing, waste water treatment, hospital, medical, and other diversified commercial and industrial end markets.
