Gloria is the Vice President of Human Resources for Senneca Holdings. She supports the business through talent acquisition, career development, workforce planning and total rewards development. Gloria brings 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Senneca Holdings, she held various HR positions for mid-size manufacturing and industrial companies, including Schneider Electric, General Cable and Rotex, Inc.
Gloria holds a Master’s of Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s of Arts, Business Management and Spanish/Secondary Education from Adrian College.
